Work we do for you, or support we provide

Before doing any work for you, we will either provide a written or verbal estimate which will provide costs and timescales. We work normal office hours (from around 0800 to 1800, Monday to Friday), but you can often make contact with us outside of those days and times in cases of emergency. Our customers are very important to us and we will go out of our way to help you or to fix problems that may be impacting your business.

Complaints and Abuse

We take great pride in all our work, but sometimes things go wrong. Rest assured that you can contact us with details of any complaint or problem with abuse that you have and we will deal with it promptly (and often within just a few hours). You can contact us by clicking here and visiting our contact page.

Domain Registration

As part of our services, we may register domain name(s) for you. Before registering a domain name, we will make you aware of the processes and charges associated with registrations and renewals. We will also advise you of any changes in those charges in advance of renewals. You have to provide good quality registrant information to us, and also keep us informed of any changes in that information. We will act quickly to update that information upon receipt of it. We will register all domains in your name.

You should note that registering a .uk domain name involves making a contract with Nominet who may need to rely on this contract later - for example if they cancel a domain name for non-payment of renewal fees. We are required to make registrants aware of the current version of Nominet's Terms of Domain Name Registration before a domain is registered and at renewal time.

If necessary and with regard to UK domain registrations, you are also able to make a formal complaint about us as a registrar to Nominet (the .uk registry) here.
